Where are you from?

I'm originally from Port Washington, WI but I grew up in the Fox Valley, always closely connected to the Fox River and Lake Winnebago.

Where did you go to college & which degrees did you earn?

UW Oshkosh Bachelor of Arts in Radio TV and Film and studied Social Media and Sustainability Communications.

What secret skill(s) do you possess that you don't often use for your work with the GLA?

I'm an artist, I've been drawing since I can remember. I can dive into any medium whether it's photography, videography, drawing, painting or digital art. I've also been proficient with chopsticks from an early age.​

Where's your favorite view around the Lake?

My favorite view is in the Norwegian Bay wetlands boardwalk. I love marshes and anywhere you can get up close to the water and see the ecosystem alive.

Why do you care about protecting Big Green? 

Protecting the environment is paramount to me. I love hiking, fishing, camping, and getting out in nature any way I can. I want to ensure those after me can still enjoy the same opportunities nature has to offer. Green Lake has been a huge part of the community for generations and I want to play a part in preserving and improving it for generations to come.
